Fitness Classes

Abs & Core

There 30 minute high-intensity workouts focuses on strengthening abs and lower back, which will help to shape the waistline and increase spinal flexibility. Instructors will teach a combination of exercises using body weight, balls, and exercise tubes to maximize your workout.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is based on the military style of training. The activities include jogging, sprinting, plyometrics, push-ups, pull-ups, squats, lunges, suspension training, and a variety of other callisthenic exercises. Boot Camp training combines running, interval training, and many other exercises using weights and/or body weight to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise. Boot Camp is offered to members and non-members for a premium price and is not included with membership.

Butt Blast

Butt Blast is a lower body training class that includes body- weight exercises mixed with weight training and plyometrics for a leg and butt blast. The class begins with a dynamic warm-up followed by leg and butt sculpting movements for an intense cardiovascular workout. The class ends with a simple stretching session. This energetic music driven class will whip your bootie into shape.

Lunch Box Boot Camp

This shortened, intense version of Boot Camp will give you a great workout and have you back at the office by the end of your lunch break.

Step Aerobics

Step Aerobics helps burn calories and maintain weight while improving endurance and overall cardiovascular health. Also, Step Aerobics improves joint flexibility through fun, low-impact, high energy movements.

Yoga Level 1

This basic class is for the beginner and will involve instruction and general principals of yoga. Please check the Group Fitness Schedule for class times.

Yoga Level 2

General yoga class with uninterrupted flow and minimal instruction for the yoga enthusiast and anyone looking to sculpt and energize their mind and body. Please check the Group Fitness Schedule for class times.

All classes are 55 minutes long unless otherwise noted.
Please plan to arrive to class on time and plan to stay for the entire class.
This class schedule is subject to change.
Please observe the "5 minute" rule; instructors may decline additional participants if the class is full or too far along for your safety.
For safety and comfort, please wear supportive athletic shoes.
Be respectful of the instructor and trainees.
Classes are a group activity and individual workouts are not permitted.
Sweat towels are to be used.
