Fitness Classes

A.B.L.T.

A.B.L.T. (Abs, Butts, Legs, and Thighs), is a lower body training class that includes body-weight exercises mixed with weight training and plyometrics for a leg and butt blast. The class begins with dynamic warm-up followed by leg and butt sculpting movements for an intense cardiovascular workout. The class ends with a great abdominal workout and stretching session. This energetic music driven class will whip your "Booty" into shape!

HATHA YOGA

Hatha yoga is the most physical form of yoga practice today. The postures, or asanas, used in hatha yoga are physically challenging and are designed to stretch, strengthen and tone the body. During a class, the instructor puts you through a series of poses where each one is held for different amounts of time. This will ensure that all muscle groups are being used so your concentration will be tested to the limit.
You will learn how to meditate which creates a calm mental state for you to relax the mind and release mental and physical tension and stress. You will also become a master of your own breathing techniques, or pranayama, which is vital to the control of the body and encourages an inner focus which helps develop your spirituality and physical strength.

ASHTANGA YOGA

Ashtanga Yoga is a fast-paced yoga class for fast-paced living. Ashtanga yoga takes traditional Hatha yoga and steps it up a notch. Referred to as the yoga of eight parts ('ashta' meaning eight and 'anga' meaning limbs), each stage requires you to synchronize your breathing with a series of postures that then paves the way for the higher levels.

Certain to get you hot under the collar by bringing you out in a healthy sweat, you'll find Ashtanga yoga is good for weight loss, flexibility, circulation and strength, and because you spend time focusing on your posture and breathing, it can help you unwind and relax too.

ABS ATTACK

A great beginner's workout that ATTACKS your abdominal muscles using various sequences and stretching segments designed to build strength, power and endurance to your "core" that is vital in day-to-day functionality. ABS ATTACK is a great compliment to any exercise program.

HARDCORE ABZ

A 30 minute hard-hitting blast to the midsection! The INTENSITY in the moves will hit you hard from every angle while trimming, tightening and firming your core. An Abs class like you never seen before!

TONE AND GO

This high-energy group strength training class will tighten, tone and build lean muscle mass. Using body bars, hand weights, kettle bells, and other fitness equipment, you will work every major muscle group to the max.
